Returns and Cancellations
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to notify their intention to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order and this must be done in writing by e-mail or letter.
If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible (within seven working days) by quoting your name, order number and details of the product(s):

Upon agreement with SnoKart, any goods to be returned, must be returned within 28 days. Please note that we will not refund the delivery charges if you have changed your mind. The cost of returning the item/s is your responsibility.
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or a credit. In any event all such notifications must occur within 28 days of receipt of the item. Returns after this date cannot be considered.
Goods returned must in all respects be in the perfect condition that you received them in.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office or carrier service. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Refunds
Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:
We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. Please note that due to banking procedures this refund may not appear on your statement for up to 28 days.
Order Processing Errors
Every so often mistakes may happen, but we do our best to sort them out as smoothly as possible. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer Services and let us know.
Warranty & Faulty Items
SnoKart products are made to the highest standards. They are fully guaranteed for 1 year against defective workmanship and materials.
Please note that damage due to wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. Furthermore SnoKart does not cover any damage caused for example, by airport baggage handlers, or as a result of airline travel. Should you suffer any damage of this nature, we suggest getting in touch with the airline responsible and your travel insurance company.

We will then advise further on the best method of return. Please do not send us any goods until we have agreed on how best to do this.
We would in all events suggest keeping records and proof of posting.
We will in the event of a genuine faulty item refund you the cost paid for the item and any associated postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
International Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase from us is acceptance of these terms.
The overseas customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey all the regulations concerning customs and taxation requirements.
All orders should be made payable to SnoKart Ltd in Pounds Sterling and will be billed in Sterling.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo).

Buying With Confidence
We at SnoKart ensure that every product sold meets the highest quality standards and is managed by our own Quality Assurance Team. SnoKart takes active steps to ensure it complies with the Directives and Standards of International and European Law. What’s more, SnoKart Quality Assurance representatives visit all our factories and request compliance to the ETI code (Ethical Trading Initiative).
Snokart has complete trace ability of product manufacture and all products go through risk analysis procedure. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and in the fact that you can be confident of your purchases.
Courier Companies and Delivery
The most appropriate courier will be chosen dependant on your order, the time it was placed and courier availability in your area.
SnoKart will however normally use DHL and Royal Mail (signed for service), but cannot specify which one prior to dispatch.
We are more than happy to deliver to your place of work subject to your employer’s regulations, but we can’t be held responsible for any miss-delivery.
We can also deliver to most BFPO addresses. Please contact us for more information (Tel: +44 (0)1442 877298).
We can only deliver to a hotel if it is your permanent residence, or your place of employment.
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
Free Delivery Offer
This offer applies to standard deliveries to mainland UK only. Delivery will be in the normal manner as detailed in our Delivery Options page. This offer will run for a limited period only and can be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. Any orders placed outside of the offer time will be subject to normal delivery charges.

The sale will run for a limited period and be subject to stock availability. It can be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. Any orders placed outside of the offer time will be charged at normal price, or the price agreed at the time.
