Returns and Cancellations

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to notify their intention to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day of receipt of the order and this must be done in writing by e-mail or letter.

If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible (within seven working days) by quoting your name, order number and details of the product(s) by email to:

Upon agreement with SnoKart, any goods to be returned, must be returned within 28 days. Please note that we will not refund the delivery charges if you have changed your mind. The cost of returning the item/s is your responsibility.

If you notify SnoKart of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or a credit. In any event all such notifications must occur within 28 days of receipt of the item. Returns after this date cannot be considered.

Goods returned must in all respects be in the perfect condition that you received them in.

If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office or carrier service. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.


Before contacting SnoKart please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:

We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. Please note that due to banking procedures this refund may not appear on your statement for up to 28 days.

Order Processing Errors

Occasionally mistakes may happen. SnoKart does its best to sort these out as smoothly as possible. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer Services and let us know.

Warranty & Faulty Items

SnoKart products are made to the highest standards. They are guaranteed for 2 years against defective workmanship and materials.

Please note that damage due to wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. Furthermore SnoKart does not cover any damage caused by airport baggage handling. Should you suffer any damage of this nature, we suggest getting in touch with the airline or airport responsible and your travel insurance company. We recommend any damage should be reported to your carrier immediately, before leaving the airport or station


Please do not send us any goods until you have discussed it with us.

We would in the event of a return, suggest keeping records and proof of posting.

We will, if the item is proven to be genuinely faulty, repair or replace with an equivalent item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
